| its time again, to write something on this. of course if you are reading this i thank you.
well its almost march kind of; so what has happened in2007..its been busy. Emily and i are searching
the city findin fun places cool restuarants and walking and exploring when its possible. i have two classes
this semester em has three and a job. but we are enjoying good times. i really can t wait for
a day without rush rush..teaching is fine good/bad its a blessing to be employed so no complaints.
we had our first fight and student enrollement is lower..but i enjoy trying to settle them and have
them learn something. i feel that its too fluid for me to connect, i m not going anywhere but i d love
to start a school or admin a school is some far reaching corner of the earth were people have been
denied educ. and they smile when they walk in the door to learn lol ..o america. but currently i m reading
enslaved church abour racial reconcilation i m slowing going through it along with simply christian by nl wright. i d rather read than plan a lesson jk...and speaking of that i am teaching math and science! what i was hired for so no more ss and english and science lol..otherwise i hope you ..yes you are doing well.

| since i write about once a month, its that time again to enter the world of blogspots, xangas and facebooks.
What exactly goes in this part, a cute picture? a smart comment? some music? something deep and makes you think thats wonderful?
well i ll pick one: at work i ve learned the word "snitch" meaning a person who tells on other people. Well if you thought that tatalle tailing was for four years and under it is but once you become a teacher it is called "snitching". I try to keep to myself to avoid the constant jabbering of voices and complaining of off the wall students or teachers, and to avoid people using my name. today i even was asked to be in the room when a teacher talked to another teacher so the conversation would be on "record"...its amazing how petty people are...please include me too.
Second i realized how education makes people arrogant. Education is a wonderful thing , but learning is a sense of power that we hold over other people. Working at Horizons HS i cannot take for granted my education, that i can read english, write english( most would argue against that truth lol), you know. anyways..education beautiful and just plain bad news.
for Jeff B and Ezra , told we had a "semi prof" who played some great chess masters come and teach immates chess, and i played and lost to my student how sad, when he took my queen with his pawn....
Third. is one of the teachers helpers talks about church in class. so the student questioned why do all these pastors drive B$W's and Ferrari's and where this and that...that its phoney. My my that guy can see through people, another added how he ll see the pastor at the girl who is "driving a women home"...of course every pastor is different he or she must choice their ways...but ministry has no pensions, or condos...Francisians have something right,. rejecting the worlds treasures...
So, some rambles i have figured out all these xangas are just as good for the writeras the reader.
in realtime news: the 22nd emily and i are going to Detriot , Mi for a week to visit family. I m looking forward to time away for work with emily to love and enjoy. and to see her peps. =) MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HANUKA

| today was family day at riker s basically the good students get a day to celebrate what they have done and the familys come and see them and hang out eat, students present certain information poems letters etc
awards are presented , the assistant principal sang.
anyway what i saw at the end struck me most, 90% of the time i forget i m talking to a "criminal" but you know that title is wrong at times for the most part a convict is thrown into a circle they cannot leave since so many jobs are closed to them. Anyhow what i saw at the end of the day was hugs, they all had sat in circles with their family or gf or aunt..etc...but they all left and gave hugs it felt like i was at an airport i really was confused it seemed like such a wonderful time and then these guys in brown jump suits left it was odd, they guys who we are supposed to fear as machine animals always show a heart , and i know they love their peoples. of course many people are heartless but you dont need a record to be heartless.
i find i learn a lot about life, situations, experiences. Is this where God has me? for now.
